Automatic Participation System

With the Automatic Participation System, all public and private sector employees who have not completed the age of 45 are automatically included in the system through their employers. With the amendment published in the Official Gazette dated 20 January 2022, employees over the age of 45 can also be included in the Automatic Participation system upon request. 

The employer makes a deduction of at least 3% of the earnings of the employees as a basis for the contribution or the monthly basis for the retirement option and transfers it to the pension company on the business day following the payment date at the latest.

İşveren Otomatik Katılım Sistemine dahil olmak istemeniz durumunda Otomatik Katılım Sözleşmesini bilgisayarınıza indirerek tüm alanlar dolu olacak şekilde doldurmanızı ve firma kaşesi, yetkili kişi imzası ve aşağıda iletilen ek evraklar ile beraber taratarak oks_kalitekontrol@katilimemeklilik.com.tr adresine mail olarak göndermenizi rica ederiz. Protokolünüz oluşturulduktan sonra şirketimize ıslak imzalı olarak kargo ile gönderebilirsiniz. İlgili dosyaya aşağıda ki formlar kısmında ‘’Talep Formları’’ içerisinden ulaşabilirsiniz.

  • İmza sirküleri (Farklı kisi imzaladı ise vekaletname ve imza beyannamesi)
  • Vergi Levhası (Ortaklıklar için İnternet Vergi Dairesi ekran görüntüsü)
  • Ticaret sicil gazetesi (Şahıs firmaları için Esnaf Odası Kaydı veya Faaliyet Belgesi)
  • Yetkili kişi kimlik fotokopisi (İşveren adına işlemleri yapmaya yetkili kişinin)

Employer's Obligations

  • Every employer with more than 5 employees must make an agreement with a pension company of its choice on behalf of its employee.
  • It should find employees who are eligible to participate in the system and include them in the pension plan.
  • During participation in the system, the employer should learn the fund preference of the employees and inform the pension company accordingly.
  • It should transfer the contributions of its employees to the pension company on the payment day.

Things to Know

  • Employers do not pay contributions on behalf of their employees for Automatic Participation.
  • The minimum contribution required to be paid is 3% of your employees’ earnings based on their contribution and is automatically transferred to the system from your employee’s wage every month.
  • Employees insured by the Social Security Institution (4A) and Pension Fund (4C) are added to Automatic Participation. Those insured by Bağkur (4B) are not included in the system.
  • If your employees have a previous Automatic Participation agreement, your employee’s savings and income are transferred to the agreement in your company.
  • If the employees request so, higher contributions can be paid by notifying the employer.
  • Employees may suspend their contribution payment.
  • You receive services in accordance with the principles of interest-free insurance. Your funds are used in investment instruments that comply with the principles of interest-free insurance.
