In this section, you can make inquiries for the Money Not Requested by Beneficiaries pursuant to Article 26/A titled Money Not Requested by Beneficiaries of the Regulation on the Personal Pension System published in the Official Gazette dated 09.11.2012 and numbered 28462. The amount to be paid to the beneficiaries (sum of savings and earned state contribution) is invested in participation standard funds in line with the last interest-free investment preference demanded by the participant or employee, as applicable, from the company, as of the due date. Pursuant to the regulation, if the beneficiaries do not request these amounts within ten years from the due date, they shall be transferred to the account opened at the Central Bank of the Republic of Turkey (CBRT) within six months from the beginning of the year following the tenth year. If the beneficiaries do not request these funds deposited in the CBRT within two years, they will be recorded as revenue to the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. The amounts pending in the account shall be paid to the relevant parties if requested by the beneficiaries before the transfer.

Pursuant to Article 33/B of the Insurance Law No. 5684 entered into force on 18.04.2013 and provisions of the “Regulation on Money Not Requested by Beneficiaries within the Scope of Insurance Subject to Private Law Provisions” published in the Official Gazette dated 08.10.2013 and numbered 28789, if the beneficiaries do not seek the indemnity money until the fifteenth day of June following the statute of limitations, it shall be transferred to the Assurance Account until the end of June or to the institutions engaged in insurance activities pursuant to the provisions of the Private Law. The amounts pending in the account shall be paid to the relevant parties if requested by the beneficiaries before the transfer.
