Information within the Scope of Protection of Personal Data Law

Pursuant to Article 20 of the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, “Everyone has the right to request the protection of his/her personal data.” For the exercise of the mentioned constitutional right, the Personal Data Protection Law (the “Law”) was adopted by the Grand National Assembly of Turkey on 24.03.2016 and entered into force after being published in the Official Gazette dated 07.04.2016 and numbered 29677. Our company pays due attention to comply with the said Law related to the protection of the privacy of the individual considered within the scope of the personal data, fundamental rights and freedoms, the right to privacy, and information security, in particular.

Any person whose personal data is processed by us can submit his/her claims arising from article 11 of Law in writing or through registered electronic mail (KEP) address, secured electronic signature, mobile signature, or through the data subject request form on our website by using the same registered electronic mail address recorded in our system as previously notified to our Company by the data subject.
